For as long as I can remember, food has been at the center of how I celebrate, create and connect with the people around me. What began as something I simply loved grew through years of learning, experimenting and encouragement from the people who saw something in it worth pursuing.
Roque Table is the product of everything and everyone I love, and the moments we create together.
Now based in Encinitas, Roque begins a new chapter with me, one filled with new faces, new tables, and so many occasions to share.
